Greetings to all

Malur being part of  Kolar, which is land of Milk, Silk and Gold is now turning out to become a catalyst in the region for creating employment and wealth. Its contribution to State and Union Governments by way of revenue is immense. Industries in our area have made major impact on social structure and economy of the region by providing employment opportunities in large numbers to even unskilled persons.

As an Industrial Area located close to the seat of power in Bangalore and strategically on Chennai-Bangalore Industrial corridor, we have a unique set of challenges to overcome to get our issues resolved. In order to be successful in this regard we have to effectively liaise with the people’s representatives and Government Officials who will be able to strengthen our voice and our activities.

As the President of MKAIA, I would like to assure our members that the Association will enhance its engagement with the concerned officials, invite them to interact with our members regularly and propose to provide a speedy resolution for all major issues concerning industries in our Industrial Area.

Malur has become one of the most attractive destinations for industrial investment. To name few of the major industries already operating out of Malur Industrial Area are:  Fowler Westrup,  Associated Decor, NPR, Group Pharma,  Biovet, Innovative Food Park,  IFB, APL-Appolo, VST, etc.

MKAIA strives to facilitate to develop cordial industrial relationship between employers and employees and inculcate better work culture. To support in this endavour, we have a highly dedicated and experienced group of Office Bearers and Council Members who are all working with a common objective of helping member industries and transform Malur KIADB Industrial Area as a one of the model industrial area in the State.

MKAIA is indebted to the District Administration, Department of Industries and Commerce, KIADB, BESCOM, Police and other Statutory Authorities for their continual support.

Finally, I would like to request our members to actively participate in the functioning of the association and contribute their thoughts and ideas for the betterment of our Member Industries and our Industrial Area. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to fellow entrepreneurs who are the backbone of MKAIA

ರೇಷ್ಮೆ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಹೈನು ಉದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಸುವರ್ಣಭೂಮಿ ಕೋಲಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ! ಇದರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮಾಲೂರು. ಕಳೆದ ೨೫ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾಲೂರು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ತ್ವರಿತಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಹೂಂದುತ್ತಿದೆ.  ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾಜಿಕ ಚಿತ್ರಣವೇ ಅಮೂಲಾಗ್ರ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ.  ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯುವಕ ಯುವತಿಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೂಡುವುದರ ಜೂತೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮಟ್ಟ ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಕೂಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಜ್ಞಾನಾರ್ಜನೆಗೂ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರೋಕ್ಷ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ಕೂಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ದೂಡ್ಡದು.  ಮಾಲೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಸಾಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಮಾಲೂರು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ತನ್ನ ಅಯಕಟ್ಟಿನ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದಾಗಿ (ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-ಚೆನ್ನೆöÊ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಠಾರದಡಿ ಬರುವುದರಿಂದ) ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.  ಹಲವಾರು ಬೃಹತ್‌ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದವು ಪೌಲರ್ ವೆಸ್ಟçಪ್, ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಟೆಡ್ ಡೆಕೋರ್, ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಆರ್., ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಪಾ಼ರ್ಮ, ಬಯೋವೆಟ್, ಇನ್ನೋವೇಟಿವ್ ಪುಡ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್, ವಿ.ಎಸ್.ಟಿ., ಐಎಪ್‌ಬಿ, ಎಪಿಎಲ್-ಅಪೊಲೊ, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘವು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದಯುತವಾಗಿರುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ದಿಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘ ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೂಂಡಿದೆ.

ಸAಘದ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾದ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ ಮಿತ್ರರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಚಿರಋಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.  ಅವರ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸಂಘ ಈ  ಮಟ್ಟಿನ ಪ್ರಗತಿ  ಕಾಣಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು  ಹಲವರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಕಾರಣ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೆ.ಐ.ಎ.ಡಿ.ಬಿ., ಬೆಸ್ಕಾಂ, ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃತ್ಪೋರ್ವಕ ನಮನಗಳು.
